  • 200 grams of shredded coconut
  • 1 jar of coconut milk
  • 1 box of condensed milk
  • 1 package of champagne biscuits
  • Milk to moisten the biscuit as needed
  • Crushed peanuts or cashews to taste (optional)
  • Shredded coconut to sprinkle to taste


In a bowl, place the condensed milk, coconut milk, mix well, add the shredded coconut and mix a little more to homogenize.

In a baking dish, place a layer of cream, cover with a layer of champagne biscuit moistened in milk.

Repeat these layers until you finish the ingredients, alternating with crushed nuts or peanuts (optional), but the final layer should be cream.

Finish by sprinkling shredded coconut to taste and chill for 2-3 hours.
